SLICERRR, the four-piece garage-punk outfit from Helsinki, dropped their "Turbo Spinello" music video on August 13th. The track’s pulled straight from their self-titled debut EP—released back in February through Dödstil.
Shot in one continuous take, the video follows a band member sprinting through city streets. He’s decked out in a matching tracksuit and shades, grabbing snacks and drinks without missing a beat.
The editing screams early YouTube aesthetic in all the right ways. There’s even a heartbeat monitor ticking away in the corner, climbing steadily as the chaos unfolds. And yeah, there’s a very bewildered dog at the end that somehow ties it all together.
Visually, it’s pure controlled chaos—messy, unhinged, but with just enough self-aware camp to keep things interesting. The whole thing matches their sound perfectly.
If you’re constantly hunting for fresh underground punk to throw on your playlist, SLICERRR deserves your attention. "Turbo Spinello" and "Losing My Grip" are solid starting points.
The full EP’s worth checking out too, especially for that killer cover art. Trust me on this one.
